Omnia Housing (Midlands) CIC is a not-for-profit organisation, with experience of providing housing and accommodation support to predominately vulnerable individuals across the Midlands, ensuring that they are empowered to safeguard their individual rights, have their voice heard and make a full contribution to their community.
Omnia Housing (Midlands) CIC aim is: ‘To meet housing and support needs through our commitment to existing and future tenants, local communities and the environment’.

What to expect in your new home / accommodation
As well as meeting our detailed suitability criteria, we ensure all the homes are a place to feel safe and comfortable; a place to belong. To this end, we select the locations of our properties with care and engage with communities to foster pride in a local area.

All doors will be free from damage and open and close easily, and all internal woodwork will be free from damage or decay. Floors and fixed floor coverings will be safe and in good condition. All floor coverings will be secured to the floor, and we’ll remove any polystyrene ceiling tiles.
Exposed pipework will be boxed in, where necessary for safety. Heating, electrics and appliances will be checked to make sure they are in safe working order. All our properties will also have up to date gas and/or electrical safety certificates prior to you start of your tenancy”
